Your ratio of lean mass and fat mass alters, your energy levels can change, and your flexibility can reduce. You may find you develop aches and pains you didn’t have before. Developing a simple but effective level of aerobic, strength and restorative exercise is something every woman will benefit from. Advice and support from movement and exercise specialists who understand you and how you’re feeling is essential.
