Week 9: Full Body Dynaband Workout with Caroline Kerslake

The course will progress over the weeks starting at a gentler level and gradually increasing the duration of work while decreasing the amount of rest! This challenges the body and allows you to push yourself a little further each time, so you get stronger and build more muscle. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those who have been coming for a while and there are plenty of alternative options for anyone who has an injury or niggle – just let Caroline know at the start of this 30 minute class.
