Week 3 - Linking our movement with breath
This 45 min class will focus on all the pilates essentials to help you safely build strength, improve your mobility & flexibility as well as improve your posture. There will be modifications for every exercise, including joint pain and stiffness, osteoporosis, shoulder & hip issues and pelvic health concerns. All you need is a chair & a flatish cushion or towel.
This class is 45 minutes.
