Week 5: The Menopause Strength Building Class with Clara Mosha

Join this 8 week progressive strength building course with Coach Clara.
The focus on this course is building muscle and strength in a SAFE achievable way. Each session is an hour long where Clara helps you work every muscle group. The class includes a warm up, the main workout and a cool down stretch. Clara coaches you using her proven step by step strength building system.
The course begins with developing foundational bodyweight strength movements and gradually progresses into equipment based movement patterns. Equipment needed include a pair of dumbbells 3kg and over, towel and mat. You can use more than 1 set of dumbbells e.g. 3Kg, 4kg, 5kg etc. as you progress your strength. Bands can be used but not essential.
The class is suitable for you if you are returning to exercise after a break or have exercised before and would like to hone in on your technique and develop your strength. Either way by the end of the course you will feel stronger, fitter and ready to progress into more advanced strength movement patterns.
If you have an injury please chat to Clara at the start of the class - in many cases she can give you an alternative exercise if needed.
We recommend you complete each week before moving to the next one – either live or on catch up.
