Week 1: Mobilising hips/chest/ankles and neck and engaging the core in standing position with limited floor work.

Strength Back-to-basics Strength Class to build a great posture, build muscle mass and give you a feel-good boost for the day ahead.

Each 4 week block will focus on a core movement pattern, building strength and complexity to boost your bone, brain and heart health.
