Week 2: Reflexology Techniques to Relax and Nourish the Body and Mind with Meg Murray Jones

Meg offers online reflexology classes where she teaches participants the theory of reflexology and techniques that you can do on yourselves to heal, relax and replenish the body. These sessions can be incredibly effective to support the body's natural healing system, improve sleep and reduce anxiety and stress.
Meg will run through a 30 minute session for participants to follow along. Each week will be tailored to your needs so it becomes an intimate and personal form of body therapy.
Sequences can include:
Stress/ anxiety relief
Insomnia
Hormonal balance
Working from home (spine, shoulders, neck, lower back)
