Self Massage for Self-Care with Bev Welch

In this 30 minute nourishing self massage class you are welcome to sit on a chair or join me on the floor. Have a cushion and blanket handy and wear comfortable clothes. Menopause is an important time to conserve energy and nourish our qi, it's so important to take time for yourself. This session will stimulate and open key acupressure points to cleanse the body and balance hormones. We will pause on a few key points to help relieve anxiety, headaches, indigestion, insomnia and boost immunity leaving you feeling relaxed yet energised.
